Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, only returned.
• If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
•  If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us in original condition for a refund or exchange. 

Returned Items

Customer's Right to Return: 

You have the right to return a product purchased online or by phone within three days of receiving it.

• Return Shipping Costs: Generally, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method.

NOTE: Custom-orders

• Customized or custom-made orders CANNOT be canceled or returned once the order has been placed.

Return Shipping

In case of a return sending, you shall send back the goods or hand them over to us
AVA Light art. Please contact us for the address.
Without delay and in any event, no later than 10 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation.

Costs of Return Shipping
